Claims Link is an independent claims settlement company and a knowledge company. We are connected to the counseling house Söderberg & Partners. Söderberg & Partners is one of the Nordic region's leading advisers and intermediaries of insurance and financial products, and has since its inception in 2004 been able to note annual growth that is among the strongest in the market.

The company's most important task is to handle claims on behalf of its clients, which are mainly international insurance companies. We are the company in Norway that has the longest experience and knowledge when it comes to assessing deficiency cases in accordance with the Disposal Act (related to home seller insurance). We perform claims settlement for various home seller insurance companies.

Claims Link processes approx. 6,000 claims and 300 subpoenas. We also have our own recourse, assessment and procedure teams with specialized and competent employees.

In addition to home seller insurance, we also deal with damage within the rental guarantee, boat, various personal products and property. 

Our goals are to work independently, efficiently and with a high degree of integrity and full transparency. As a customer, you must understand how we have arrived at a decision. We must safeguard the interests of policyholders, but at the same time show respect for their counterparties

Our internal control system is actively used and is continuously updated. We use internal control to learn from our mistakes, minimize the risk of the same mistake happening again and make all employees aware of our risk picture.
